M&J INVEST Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. aims to protect the privacy of website users within the possible scope. Our goal is to provide you – the User – with the possibility to use our website in a manner that shall not adversely affect your private life. We only process the personal data you have provided to us for the purpose for which you submitted them. Below we provide you with information on how M&J INVEST Sp. z o.o. Sp. 1. The scope of personal data processing

We process the personal data of our users exclusively in case the processing is required to provide a functioning website and our
contents and services. The processing of the personal data of the users of our website is conducted strictly with the consent of the user.

 

The exception cases in which prior consent cannot be obtained for obvious reasons and the processing is permitted by law.

2. Legal basis for processing personal data

In case we obtain consent from you for the processing of personal data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (RODO). If we process personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for taking action before agreeing. In case the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation incumbent on us, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR. If the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(d) GDPR. If the processing is necessary to secure the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail against the former, the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

3. Data deletion and storage period

The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or disabled promptly after the purpose of their storage ceases to be valid. Furthermore, data may be stored in case this is provided for by European or national legislation in regulations, laws, or other EU provisions to which the controller is subject. The blocking or deletion of data will also occur after the expiration of the storage period specified in the above-mentioned standards, provided that no further storage is required for the conclusion or performance of the agreement.

The data will also be stored in cookies on our system. This data will not be stored with your other personal data.

2. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. uses cookies.

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to display the website image on the user’s computer. Therefore, the user’s IP address shall be stored for the duration of the session. The data is stored to ensure the efficient functioning of the website. In addition, this data helps us to optimize the website and to guarantee the security of our IT systems. We do not analyze the data collected for marketing purposes.

4. Retention period

The data is deleted once it is no longer required to perform the purpose for which it was collected. If data is collected to provide website content, the data shall be deleted immediately after your visit ends. If data is saved in cookies, the data shall be deleted after 180 days respectively at the latest.

5. Possibility of objection and deletion

The collection of data needed to provide the content of the website and the storage of data in log files is necessary for the functioning of the website. Therefore, the user has no opportunity to object.

The legal basis for the processing of data using cookies required for technical reasons is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In case the user provides the relevant consent, the legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies for analysis purposes is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

The use of cookies, necessary from a technical perspective, is intended to facilitate the use of the website by the user. Nevertheless, without such cookies, it is not possible to provide some services available via the website. For this purpose, the function of re-identifying the browser is also required after changing the website. Cookies are necessary for the following applications:

User data is not processed to create user profiles. Analytical cookies are designed to improve the functionality of our website and to enhance the content. They provide information regarding how you use the website, ensuring the ongoing optimization of our offer. In this regard, the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR is also our legitimate interest.

4. Retention period, the possibility of objection, and deletion

Cookies are stored on your computer and transmitted by you to our website. Therefore, the user has complete control over their use. The transmission of cookies can be deactivated or restricted by changing the settings of your browser. Already stored files can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If you deactivate this function of our website – the functionality of the website may be limited. To deactivate flash, do not use the default browser settings but change the Flash Player settings.

A contact form is available on our website, which can be used for electronic contact. If the user executes this option, the data entered in the input mask is sent to us and saved. When the message is sent, the following data is also saved:

Alternatively, you can contact us via the email address provided. In this case, the personal data of the user sent by email will be stored. In this context, no data will be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for the processing of the conversation.

The legal basis for the aspect of the processing of data provided in the course of sending emails is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If the electronic contact is to enter into a contract, then Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR provides an additional legal basis in terms of data processing.

The processing of personal data from the data entry form is only for us to edit the contact. In the case of electronic contact, this constitutes the legitimate interest required for the processing. Other personal data processed during the sending process prevents misuse of the contact form and serves to ensure the security of our IT systems.

4. Retention period

The data shall be deleted once it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of personal data in the contact form and data sent by email, it is done when the electronic correspondence with the user comes to an end. It is terminated if it can be deduced from the circumstances that the facts in question were definitively clarified.

Personal data additionally collected during the sending process is deleted at the latest after seven days.

5. Possibility of objection and deletion

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. If you contact us by email, you are entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. In this case, the correspondence cannot be continued.
